Reflexology is an ancient hands on holistic treatment where pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet. Reflexology is used to relieve tension. It also improves circulation and function of the natural systems within the body to allow your body to return to balance.
Disease or illness can often come from imbalance within the body. Reflexology works to help you return and maintain your natural balance. This is also known as homeostasis. It is gentle, non invasive, and you remain fully clothed while on the table.
When you are on my table I will create and hold space for you to heal and return to your homeostasis of wellness.
